🎯 What You Will Actually Do
Hardware & Infrastructure Work
- Install servers and network devices
- Rack and stack equipment
- Replace faulty components (RAM, disks, PSUs)
- Cable management (fiber & copper)
- Troubleshoot hardware failures
Operations & Reliability
- Respond to tickets
- Diagnose system issues
- Maintain uptime
- Track parts inventory
Collaboration
- Work with engineers and operations teams
- Train junior technicians
- Participate in improvement projects
