Job Description

We are looking for exceptional sales professionals to join the Data Center Sales Team at Dell Technologies and experience what it means to be a leader in the industry. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering innovative data center and storage solutions.

As a Data Center Sales Executive, you will develop strategic relationships with end users, identify business opportunities, and generate meaningful sales outcomes. You will partner closely with Direct Sales Account Executives (AE) to expand territory and account presence while achieving financial targets. A strong understanding of customer business needs and storage technology solutions will be key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts
  • Partner with Direct Sales AE teams to expand territory and meet financial objectives
  • Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable data center and storage solutions
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process using available organizational resources
  • Manage account planning, forecasting, and pipeline development

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technology or enterprise sales, preferably in data center or storage solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into business solutions
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Team collaboration and strategic planning capabilities
