Job Description

A leading real estate services firm is seeking a skilled ICT Service Delivery Technician to provide on-site technical support within a dynamic data center environment. As a Data Center Rack & Stack Specialist, you will be responsible for managing IT equipment requests, performing troubleshooting tasks, and ensuring all installations meet organizational and safety requirements. You will play an important role in supporting critical infrastructure while maintaining a professional and secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, rack, and stack servers, networking devices, and data center equipment
  • Manage IT hardware requests and coordinate deployments
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and problem resolution for hardware-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and security standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet service delivery expectations
  • Support ongoing maintenance and upgrades within the data center

Required Qualifications

  • Technical training or certification in IT, networking, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of experience in data center, IT support, or infrastructure environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
