Position Overview
A leading design firm is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead and deliver data center projects in North Carolina. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and proactively resolving construction and engineering challenges throughout the project lifecycle. 🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of data center projects from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architecture, engineering, and construction stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and address technical or construction issues promptly.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates.

🔹 Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of project management experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Experience working on data center or mission-critical projects preferred.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
