🔧 Job Purpose

The selected candidate will be responsible for overall data center operations, including system monitoring, backups, application management, and documentation while ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.

🧠 Skills, Knowledge & Training

• Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, and PostgreSQL
• Ability to perform Start of Day (SOD) / End of Day (EOD) production activities
• L2-level knowledge of Commvault Backup

✅ Core Competencies

• Hands-on experience with Commvault backup solutions
• Experience working on Linux and Windows platforms
• Knowledge of data center inventory and documentation processes

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily BOD & EOD operations as per SOP
• Start/stop databases and applications, manage logs
• Execute backups using Commvault Backup tools
• Monitor physical infrastructure in data center/network room
• Escalate incidents to relevant teams when required
• Maintain job sheets, reports, and operational documentation
• Support inventory/material movement when required
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and stakeholders
