Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory (racks, trays, networking equipment).
  • Maintain accurate inventory documentation and perform regular stock counts.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and ensure system accuracy.

Shipping & Receiving

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers.
  • Prepare shipping labels, documents, and packaging.
  • Unpack and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy.
  • Move inventory using pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely.

Facility Maintenance

  • Maintain clean and organized storage and dock areas.
  • Assist with disposal of packaging and obsolete equipment.

Compliance & Safety

  • Follow all data center security protocols and safety procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and access controls.

Support & Collaboration

  • Work with data center operations, procurement, and technical teams.
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives.

Assembly Support

  • Help assemble and install server racks according to instructions.
  • Support cable management and organization with senior technicians.
  • Use tools safely to complete installation tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory, or related field
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Basic math and document interpretation skills
  • Experience using pallet jacks or material handling equipment

  • Certification or education in logistics or supply chain
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Flexibility for overtime if required

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Stand for extended periods (>4 hours)
  • Walk up to 4–5 miles per day
  • Perform bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling tasks
  • Work in varying temperature environments
