Position: Data Center Schedule Lead – Fast-Track Delivery

A leading technology company is seeking an experienced Data Center Schedule Lead to oversee mission-critical data center projects in Madison, Wisconsin. This is a high-impact role suited for professionals who excel in fast-track project environments and can drive complex schedules from planning through successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with deep expertise in Primavera P6 and large-scale infrastructure or construction programs. You will play a central role in coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules for data center initiatives
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and leadership teams
• Track progress, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage dependencies, milestones, and resource allocation across multiple projects
• Provide clear reporting, forecasting, and schedule analysis to stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with fast-track delivery objectives and business priorities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or program controls
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience with large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data center projects preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $144,000 to $201,000, along with performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
