Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of experience in mission-critical facility design and construction environments.
- 3+ years of experience with:
- High-voltage substations
- Medium/low-voltage electrical distribution systems
- AC/DC power systems
- Experience supporting electrical infrastructure within mission-critical facilities such as data centers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (civil, structural, mechanical, IT/telecom, security, architecture).
- Experience with:
- Electrical design and estimation
- Factory and site testing (ATP/ATS)
- Power monitoring systems
- Electrical protection and controls
- Onsite power generation and energy systems
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high, medium, and low-voltage electrical system designs using AIS and GIS technologies.
- Perform and review power system studies including grounding, CT sizing, and voltage drop analysis.
- Ensure compliance with IEC, ANSI, and NEMA standards.
- Design innovative electrical solutions for:
- Switchgear and transformers
- Energy storage systems
- Microgrids
- Large-scale AC/DC infrastructure for mission-critical facilities
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams and senior leadership to optimize performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $139,000 – $207,000 (depending on location, experience, and level)
