Are you an experienced Data Analyst with a passion for GTM Systems Strategy? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at HubSpot. We are looking for a top-notch Data Analyst to join our GTM Systems Strategy team and help us drive business success. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven insights that will inform the GTM Systems Strategy team as they work to develop and implement effective strategies to grow our business. You must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong technical background in data analysis, as well as experience working in a GTM Strategies role. You should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to interpret complex data and present it in a meaningful and actionable way. Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and relationships that inform the GTM Systems Strategy team.
Develop and optimize systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective GTM Strategies.
Present data in a meaningful and actionable way.
Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues.
Create reports and presentations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies related to data analysis and GTM Strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with other members of the GTM Systems Strategy team to ensure successful implementation of strategies.
Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to address any data-related challenges.
