What You Will Be Doing

– Support attorneys with various personal injury cases

– Request medical records/bills and conduct in-depth analysis of documentation

– Verify all client injuries, damages, and other losses have been documented and presented for maximum recovery

– Lead monthly case reviews + draft demands

– Foster and maintain an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication

– Correspond with insurance providers and claim adjusters

What You Need for this Position

– 2+ years of experience handling Personal Injury cases

– Background working on Auto-Accident cases a plus

– Competency in Case-Management Software

– Ability to manage a large caseload
