Experience working in an International BPO/MNC is compulsory.
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills and a UK/ US accent to handle customer calls for our company based in UK.
The role involves managing outbound calls and chat.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
Timings: You will be working UK shift times from 10 AM to 6:30 PM UK Time.
Start at approximately 3:30 pm and finish at 12:00am (India Time).
(Apply only if you are comfortable with the shift timings.)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday plus half days on every alternate Saturday.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries and concerns over calls and Chat support
• Provide accurate information and maintain a professional tone
• Record details of calls and update customer information
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Female candidate preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a UK/US accent
• Prior BPO UK/US calling experience preferred
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency is a must
