Position Summary
Job Title: Customer Success Associate
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Remote (Work from Home) – South India preferred
Work Schedule: Night Shift (6 days per week) to align with US business hours
Expected Start Date: January 9, 2025
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Customer Success Associates to serve as trusted advisors to our US-based real estate clients. This fully remote role offers the unique opportunity to work with international clientele in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and high satisfaction levels
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their unique needs and business objectives
• Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for enhanced service delivery
Communication & Support
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism, clarity, and urgency
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding services, processes, and account status
• Deliver regular updates to customers on service progress, ensuring transparency and trust
Problem Resolution
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, demonstrating strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Escalate complex challenges to appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the resolution process
• Document customer interactions and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with internal departments (operations, sales, property management) to address customer needs holistically
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and pain points
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on services and best practices
Required QualificationsEducation
• Master’s degree (any discipline) – Mandatory
Experience
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in customer support, customer success, client relations, account management, or related customer-facing roles
• 1+ year of demonstrated computer proficiency and digital literacy
Language Proficiency
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills – Non-negotiable
• Ability to communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders across different levels
Availability
• Must be available to work night shifts (6 days per week) to support US time zones
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Calendar, Gmail, Drive)
• Strong research and information gathering capabilities
• Quick learner with adaptability to new software, tools, and CRM platforms
