POSITION: Customer Service Staff

INDUSTRY: Logistic Company

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday

SALARY: Php18,000-Php25,000

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • With at least 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Staff
  • Can attend face to face interview
  • Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities

  • Handles daily back-office customer service operations, responding to client inquiries via email and phone
  • Ensures all customer requests are addressed in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
  • Provides support to team members by sharing product knowledge, best practices, and process guidance
  • Prepares and maintains reports on inquiry volumes, resolution times, customer feedback, and service trends
  • Acts as a key point of contact for escalated back-office customer concerns, working toward effective resolution
