Location: PAN India – Work from Office / Hybrid / Remote (based on availability)
Salary Range: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on location and experience)
Job Type: Full-time

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, or email professionally and promptly.

Provide support related to orders, returns, refunds, cancellations, and delivery tracking.

Ensure resolution of customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Update records of customer interactions in internal systems.

Collaborate with internal teams for quick issue resolution and process improvement.

🔹 Qualifications

12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and CRM systems.

Freshers welcome – training will be provided.

Ability to handle pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

🔹 Job Details

Locations: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Chennai, and more.

Mode: Work from Office / Hybrid / Work from Home (role-dependent).

Schedule: Rotational shifts, 6 days a week.
