Overview
HR Professional | Global Talent Acquisition | LATAM Region – Role: Customer Service Representative. Role Type: Full time, On-site. Location: Queretaro, Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Advanced English communication skills,
- Proven Customer Support experience or experience as Client Service Representative,
- Ability to appreciate the customers’ perspective showing empathy,
- Active listening to fully engage the customer with their concerns,
- Ability to multi-task,
- Computer and online navigational ability to multi-task during customer interactions with multiple systems and resources,
- Understand policies and procedures and communicate them professionally to the customer,
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints/concerns,
- Listen to customers’ concerns, maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints, issues and questions,
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability,
- Able to manage stressful situations in customer Service Person.
Qualifications
- Minimum High school Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Available for full-time work
