Overview

HR Professional | Global Talent Acquisition | LATAM Region – Role: Customer Service Representative. Role Type: Full time, On-site. Location: Queretaro, Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Advanced English communication skills,
  • Proven Customer Support experience or experience as Client Service Representative,
  • Ability to appreciate the customers’ perspective showing empathy,
  • Active listening to fully engage the customer with their concerns,
  • Ability to multi-task,
  • Computer and online navigational ability to multi-task during customer interactions with multiple systems and resources,
  • Understand policies and procedures and communicate them professionally to the customer,
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints/concerns,
  • Listen to customers’ concerns, maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints, issues and questions,
  • Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability,
  • Able to manage stressful situations in customer Service Person.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High school Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Available for full-time work
