We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Associate to join our virtual team in Norway. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office while providing exceptional support to our valued customers. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with Amazon products and services. You will utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed service expectations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service standards and data privacy.

Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and navigating multiple systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role (even if informal).
