Job Description

At Cisco Systems, we’re looking for a Visual Design Lead to join our Customer Experience Engineering team. We are looking for someone with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences, a keen eye for detail and a drive to stay ahead of the curve.If you’re an experienced Visual Design Lead with a portfolio of innovative, user-focused design work and a creative approach to problem solving, this could be the role for you. You should have a deep understanding of customer experience within digital products, be comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders, and have a track record of creating designs that drive customer engagement.To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, UI/UX Design or a related field. You must also have experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other related tools. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is also preferred.We’re looking for a team player who’s excited to collaborate with others, take initiative, and push the boundaries of design. Responsibilities:

Create innovative, user-focused design work for customer experiences and digital products.
Present ideas to stakeholders and ensure designs drive customer engagement.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure designs are of the highest quality.
Stay up to date on the latest design trends, technologies, and software.
Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other related tools.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred.
Work collaboratively with the team to create designs that meet customer requirements.
Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines.
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
Provide feedback and direction to design team members.
