Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted partner for strategic accounts in the San Jose region
  • Lead virtual client meetings, performance reviews, and success planning sessions
  • Proactively identify challenges and collaborate on tailored solutions
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account expansion opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent service excellence and value delivery

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in client success, customer experience, or strategic account management
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and virtual collaboration tools
