Conversational AI Engineer

Job Description

A company is looking for a Sr. Engineer – Conversational AI & Front-End (Contract-to-Hire).

Key Responsibilities
• Develop conversational bots using platforms like ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Microsoft Copilot, and Genesys Cloud CX
• Design intuitive, accessible front-end interfaces for chat, web, and voice
• Integrate solutions with enterprise systems via RESTful APIs and optimize NLP models and UI components

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years in conversational AI and front-end engineering
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, and frameworks (React/Vue)
• Experience with multiple conversational platforms
• Strong understanding of NLP, UI/UX principles, and enterprise integration
• Familiarity with agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies
