Job Description

Are you an experienced Content Designer looking to join an innovative team at M&T Bank? We are seeking a creative and passionate individual to join us as our Content Designer – Experience Design & Innovation.We are looking for an individual with the energy and drive to help us develop and execute engaging content experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating meaningful user experiences, while demonstrating a deep understanding of content design and innovation.To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications: a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field; a minimum of 3 years of experience in content design; a proven track record of successful content design projects; and strong knowledge of design principles.If you have an eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative, engaging content experiences, we want you to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Design and execute engaging content experiences for customers.
Develop creative content experiences that adhere to the company’s design principles.
Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to ensure successful projects.
Develop and maintain an understanding of the latest trends in content design and innovation.
Create meaningful user experiences that are intuitive and visually appealing.
Stay current on industry best practices and trends.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback and use it to inform design decisions.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with the development of new content strategies and initiatives.
Develop and maintain internal documentation and training materials.
