As a Consumer Care Lead Agent at JOCKEY, you’ll provide daily operational guidance and support to agents regarding escalated customer calls, product knowledge, and meeting department goals – while completing daily work assignments and providing legendary customer service.

As a Consumer Care Lead Agent, you will:
• Provide operational guidance to Consumer Care Agents regarding complex consumer relations situations.
• Problem-solve more complex consumer inquiries through a first-call resolution approach. Leverage the internal resources to quickly answer inquiries.
• Respond to social media comments and conversations when appropriate to foster positive engagement and add value to the consumer experience.
• Enter relevant information into dept. CRM system after each contact to ensure quality data to enable customer retention.
• Provide feedback to management, challenge processes and provide solutions to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Perform special project work, such as fulfillment issues and fraud and holds.
In return, we ask for:
• Bachelor’s degree; or High School degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a contact center environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a positive demeanor.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Able to make good decisions and exercise good judgment in emergency situations.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday – Thursday from 11:30 AM-8:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM-5:30 PM. * Weekend shifts include a $2.00/hour shift premium!
