Role: Cold Caller (US Market)

Location: Remote

Type: Full-Time

Shift: US Shift (EST/PST)

Aonxi Inc. is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for experienced Cold Callers who can generate high-quality leads from the US B2B market .

If you are confident on calls, results-driven, and hungry to growthis is the role for you.

What You Will Do:
• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to US-based small businesses.
• Generate 35 fresh qualified leads every day .
• Communicate our value proposition clearly and professionally.
• Identify prospects, qualify them, and book demo appointments.
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead information, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Meet weekly and monthly performance targets.

What Were Looking For:
• Must have experience working in the US market (B2B preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills clear, confident, and persuasive.
• Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation.
• Ability to handle objections and convert conversations into opportunities.
• Comfortable making high-volume calls daily (100+).
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Must be able to work during US time zones .
• Stable internet connection and a noise-free workspace.
