Caregiver – Certified Nursing Assistant

At BAYADA Home Health Care, we are looking for an experienced and compassionate Caregiver – Certified Nursing Assistant to provide exceptional care to our clients. We are a well-established home health care provider that is committed to providing quality of care and support to our clients and families.The ideal candidate will have a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, possess a positive and caring attitude, and have experience working in home health care. Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional care and support to clients and families.
Follow established BAYADA Home Health Care policies and procedures.
Understand and adhere to government regulations and accreditation standards.
Monitor clients’ health and safety, and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
Document pertinent client information in an organized and comprehensive manner.
Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and eating.
Assist with household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and grocery shopping.
Act as a liaison between clients, family members, and other healthcare providers.
