Overview
The Business Development Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for driving growth in Dynapower’s data center market within Sensata Technologies’ Industrial Segment. This position focuses on identifying, developing, and expanding customer and partner opportunities across hyperscale, colocation, and critical infrastructure segments. The role collaborates cross-functionally with sales leadership, applications engineering, and product teams to convert customer requirements into commercial opportunities while positioning Dynapower as a trusted provider of scalable and reliable power electronics solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts within an established geographic territory and product line.
• Identify, connect, and engage potential clients and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Provide market intelligence to influence product strategy and positioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align technical solutions with customer requirements.
• Implement efficiency initiatives such as distributor dashboards and performance tools.
• Represent the company at industry events and key market engagements.

🔹 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Excellent organization, planning, and time management abilities.
• High ethical standards with accountability for achieving goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.

🔹 Preferred Experience & Skills

• Deep knowledge of power electronics and data center infrastructure.
• Ability to translate customer needs such as efficiency, redundancy, grid interaction, and scalability into practical technical solutions.
• Experience influencing technical adoption and supporting growth within the data center market.

🔹 Travel

• Approximately 50% domestic and international travel required.
