We are looking for a BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate various assistance services by contacting providers to dispatch service to customers, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Work hours 15:00 – 23:00 hours and 23:00 – 7:00 hours)
  • High school diploma completed
  • Conversacional english
  • Customer service-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication skills
