About the Role

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer (GoLang Microservices) with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our fast-paced, cloud-native engineering team. This is a Work From Home (WFH) opportunity ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and can contribute immediately without extensive training.

You will play a key role in building scalable microservices, managing development backlogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AWS-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize development backlogs efficiently
  • Gather, define, and document clear technical and business requirements
  • Design, develop, and maintain GoLang microservices in an AWS cloud environment
  • Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Perform code reviews and enforce best coding practices
  • Collaborate within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban) using Jira
  • Integrate APIs and systems to support business and operational needs
  • Work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience developing GoLang microservices
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
  • Practical experience with AWS cloud technologies
  • Proven ability to gather and define project requirements
  • Experience working on integration projects
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban)
  • Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • US Citizenship required

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architecture patterns
  • Experience with RESTful API development and system integrations
