About 360DMMC
360DMMC.COM is a new Chicago startup consultancy operating at the intersection of AI, automation, and digital growth for SMBs. We build AI SaaS products, agentic workflows, RAG systems, and GTM accelerators that ship.
Why this role
Unique Team Pod Program building AI SaaS products and AI Automation Workflows. Hands-on agent + automation experience. Real product work. Direct mentorship. Portfolio outcomes within 8–12 weeks. Seats are limited.
Role scope
• Build and deploy AI agents, RAG pipelines, and automation workflows.
• Integrate LLMs with vector stores, webhooks, and third-party apps.
• Instrument, test, and iterate with telemetry and evals.
• Ship internal tools and proof-of-concepts for client use cases.
• Document architectures and handoffs.
Outcomes (first 60–90 days)
• 2 shipped agent workflows in n8n automation workflow platform.
• 1 end-to-end RAG prototype (ingest → index → retrieval → guardrails).
• Basic CI/CD for a demo service and monitoring dashboards.
Tech stack
Python, TypeScript/Node, REST/GraphQL, LangChain/LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, FAISS/Pinecone, n8n/Make, Docker, GitHub Actions, Vercel/GCP/AWS basics.
You bring
• BS/BA in CS/EE/DS or recent graduate in a related field.
• Working knowledge of Python and Git.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Bias to ship, learn fast, and own deliverables.
• Clear written communication in English.
Nice to have
• Healthcare data exposure (HIPAA awareness).
• WordPress app integration, webhook automation, or browser automation.
• Prompt optimization and evaluation frameworks.
• AI Tools: Mandatory n8n level 1 & 2 certifications – FREE courses, Replit, Lovable, OpenAI AgentsKit, Claude AI, Gemini, etc.
Format and compliance
• Note: This position starts as NON PAID. You start in a team POD of 4-5 members assigned to AI SaaS product, build MVP 4-12 weeks GTM. Shared revenue of 60% pool. In the mix: 2-Lead AI Engineers (Compensated), 1-2 Intern AI Engineer (non-compensated), 1- Marketing Lead, 1- WebDev, 1-Project Manager (dual-role).
• During interview you may be considered starting as freelancer/independent contractor.
• For interns with minimum experience: Non-paid Internship designed for education and training purposes only. After 1st pod experience potential transition to independent contractor/freelancer.
• 10–20 hrs/week, 8–12 weeks. Flexible schedule aligned to CT.
• Academic credit available if approved by your institution.
• No wages, benefits, or employment guarantee.
• International candidates welcome. Work authorization and school approvals (e.g., CPT/OPT or equivalent) are the candidate’s responsibility. We do not sponsor visas.
• Transition opportunity to Independent Contractor->Full-Time.
• Revenue share from GTM sales via POD pool + billable Consulting SOW invoices
