Role Overview

Learntern is looking for a Freelance Trainer specializing in Advanced Java and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) to conduct engaging training sessions for students in Bengaluru. The trainer will deliver structured lessons, practical assignments, and mentorship to help learners develop strong programming and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive training sessions on Advanced Java and Data Structures & Algorithms.
  • Design and structure course modules aligned with industry requirements.
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, coding exercises, and projects.
  • Provide hands-on learning experiences through real-world examples and assignments.
  • Mentor students and guide them through coding challenges.
  • Evaluate student performance through assessments and feedback.
  • Stay updated with latest Java frameworks, programming practices, and industry trends.
  • Encourage problem-solving, logical thinking, and clean coding practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Advanced Java and Data Structures & Algorithms.
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, or technical training.
  • Hands-on experience building real-world Java applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator.
  • Experience conducting bootcamps or technical workshops.
  • Familiarity with coding platforms such as HackerRank, LeetCode, or CodeChef.
  • Knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, and backend development.
