Job Description
About the internship:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Performing data entries for purchases, sales, and other accounts.
2. Mapping transactions to the respective expenses incurred by the business.
3. Participating in month-end and year-end reconciliation processes and reports.
4. Monitoring inbound and outbound shipments for fulfillment on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
5. Following up with vendors for tracing shipments and completing the end-to-end cycle from initiating claims to receipt of shipment and/or reimbursement.
6. Updating the shipping company’s website with required data, following up via email, and completing the end-to-end cycle to ensure goods are received by LWW on days that you work as per the agreed work schedule.
7. Preparing and processing various documents, statistical summaries, and reports requiring the assessment and analysis of data.
8. Researching new products and tabulating data.
9. Updating and monitoring LWW’s website with pricing and other data.
10. Designing promotions and ad campaigns and posting them across various product categories for the website and social media platforms.
11. Performing any other tasks assigned by the directors.

Other Requirements:
