About the job:
• The person should have high-end knowledge of the field in which they are onboarded and should have a mindset to research in his current field and find solutions to the problems faced by faculty.
• Mentoring Students enrolled in courses.
• Calling the students and taking updates on their academic progress.
• Guide the student to ensure the student stays motivated.
• Ensure the required attendance of the students in the student engagement activities.
• Guide study techniques, time management, and effective learning strategies. Build question paper and PPT presentation.
• Responsible for the creation of faculty support materials and student support materials.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• In a restricted timeframe, gather PDF materials from the faculties and collaborate with designers to ensure coordination.
• Conduct group or individual counseling sessions to assist students with problems or concerns. Complete assessments and tests, analyze results and provide feedback. Monitor and follow up on students’ activities.
• Study and update student records.
• Prepare and present reviews on progress.
• Assisting Faculties.
• Should be responsible for any academic-related program.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure accurate representation of the concepts in educational materials.
• Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills and perseverance
• Should be willing to multi-task whenever required.
• IMMEDIATE JOINEES ARE PREFERRED
