🌟 Role Overview

As a Member of Technical Staff – Front-End, you’ll focus on building delightful, high-performance user experiences for developers and teams. This role combines React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and modern front-end tooling to deliver scalable and responsive applications. You’ll also collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, and leadership to create features that make a real impact.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Build cutting-edge UI components and experiences that are performant, reliable, and user-friendly.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to create a tangible product roadmap.
  • Work with backend teams to build highly scalable application interfaces.
  • Develop reusable, responsive components using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, CSS Modules.
  • Write well-tested code using Jest and Cypress to ensure reliability and maintainability.
  • Optimize the UI for performance, quality, and efficiency.
  • Contribute to real-time messaging and AI/ML enriched UIs.
  • Bring a solutions-oriented mindset and inclusive approach to team collaboration.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing responsive web apps and shipping user-facing features.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and component-based frameworks like React.
  • Experience contributing to reusable component libraries with attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of front-end architecture, performance, security, and usability.
  • Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end tools and workflows (GraphQL, CSS Modules, Jest, Cypress).

💡 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with real-time communication technologies like WebSockets.
  • Advanced data visualization implementation.
  • Experience building Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and offline-first applications.
