Job Description

USA Winzons is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Floor Cashier (Remote Support) to assist ZARA’s Brickell City Centre team. In this remote role, you’ll help ensure smooth checkout experiences by supporting in-store cashiers with real-time billing, customer communication, and payment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual support to in-store cashier staff during customer checkout
  • Assist with billing queries, refunds, and payment discrepancies remotely
  • Verify transactions, coordinate with store staff, and track digital receipts
  • Maintain accurate transaction logs and escalate technical/payment issues
  • Ensure smooth and fast virtual customer service at the sales floor level

Ideal Candidate:

  • Any degree or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with retail billing systems or POS tools (preferred)
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Open to freshers, students, and experienced professionals
