Job Description

USA Winzons is hiring a detail-oriented Retail Finance Associate to provide remote financial and transactional support for ZARA’s Brickell Mall location. This role focuses on coordinating in-store billing activities, processing transactions, and supporting financial accuracy across daily operations—all from a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support financial operations including remote billing, payment verification, and transaction processing
  • Collaborate with the in-store cashier and management teams to reconcile payment records
  • Handle refund tracking, receipt issuance, and basic finance-related customer support
  • Maintain accurate logs and financial summaries of daily sales transactions
  • Identify and flag discrepancies or unusual activity for review

Ideal Candidate:

  • Any degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail billing software (preferred)
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Open to freshers, students, and experienced professionals
