Job Description

USA Winzons is seeking a friendly and reliable Guest Service & Cashier Support Associate to assist ZARA’s Brickell location remotely. This role combines virtual customer support with transaction coordination, ensuring that all guest interactions and payment processes are handled smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual support for customer checkouts, refunds, and payment questions
• Assist with real-time coordination between customers and in-store cashier teams
• Address service inquiries related to billing, receipts, or returns
• Maintain accurate digital records of all customer service and transaction interactions
• Uphold ZARA’s guest service standards through clear and courteous communication

Ideal Candidate:

• Any degree or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail transactions (preferred)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated in a remote environment
• Open to students, freshers, and experienced professionals
