Job Description

USA Winzons is hiring a dependable and customer-focused Checkout Representative to support ZARA’s Brickell City Centre store operations remotely. In this role, you’ll assist with virtual transaction monitoring, customer payment queries, and real-time coordination with in-store cashier teams—ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote support during the checkout process for in-store customers
  • Help resolve billing issues, payment discrepancies, and refund inquiries
  • Coordinate with ZARA’s Brickell cashier team to verify transactions
  • Maintain digital logs of sales transactions and customer interactions
  • Ensure quick, professional, and friendly virtual support throughout the checkout journey

Ideal Candidate:

  • Any degree or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a virtual support role
