USA Winzons is hiring a dependable and customer-focused Checkout Representative to support ZARA’s Brickell City Centre store operations remotely. In this role, you’ll assist with virtual transaction monitoring, customer payment queries, and real-time coordination with in-store cashier teams—ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support during the checkout process for in-store customers
- Help resolve billing issues, payment discrepancies, and refund inquiries
- Coordinate with ZARA’s Brickell cashier team to verify transactions
- Maintain digital logs of sales transactions and customer interactions
- Ensure quick, professional, and friendly virtual support throughout the checkout journey
Ideal Candidate:
- Any degree or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a virtual support role
- Suitable for students, freshers, and experienced professionals
