Regal Teen Center is seeking passionate, energetic, and supportive individuals to join our team as Youth Development Associates. This role is all about connecting with teens, leading activities, and creating a space where youth feel seen, heard, and supported.

️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support recreational, educational, and social programs
  • Mentor teens ages 13–18 through positive interactions
  • Assist with planning and running workshops, game nights, and events
  • Help maintain a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment
  • Track attendance and support light data entry or reporting
  • Aged 18+ with experience working or volunteering with teens
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Creative, dependable, and enthusiastic about youth empowerment
  • Available during after-school hours and occasional weekends
  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
