Role Overview

  • Position: Web Developer (Remote / Work from Home)

  • Experience: 2–3 years minimum in web development
  • Working Hours: Flexible, Monday to Friday, with core collaboration hours

As a Web Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications, ensure performance, security, and responsive UI/UX, and collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications and websites
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, PMs, other developers)
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Troubleshoot and optimize website performance and functionality
  • Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible and implement responsive designs
  • Integrate backend data services and databases
  • Conduct regular testing and resolve bugs or technical issues
  • Ensure website security and data protection

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Back-end: Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, PHP, or similar technologies
  • Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
  • Version Control: Git
  • Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Delivering projects on time and within scope
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web optimization techniques
