Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end development.
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot web applications to ensure performance, compatibility, and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest web development technologies and implement best practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to gather project requirements and provide progress updates.
• Ensure websites and applications are fully responsive across different devices and browsers.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions to maintain high code quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and solve problems efficiently.
• Experience with development tools such as Webpack, Gulp, and npm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with remote teams.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in web development.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain modern, dynamic websites and applications.
• Experience working with remote teams or distributed environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is considered a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible working schedule.
• Minimum 40 hours per week, with the freedom to manage your own time.
• Occasional online meetings may be scheduled during standard business hours.
