  • Strong knowledge of backend technologies: Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or PHP.
  • Familiarity with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Git/version control systems.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
