About the Role

Amazon is hiring Remote Online Associates for entry-level work-from-home positions. This role is ideal for freshers, students, stay-at-home individuals, and anyone looking to start a remote career without prior experience.

As a Remote Amazon Online Associate, you will support Amazon’s customer-first approach by assisting with daily operations, customer interactions, and online processes. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with operational tasks such as customer support, data entry, content moderation, and inventory-related activities
  • Communicate with customers via email, chat, or phone to resolve queries
