Position Overview:
As a Live Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance via live chat on Myntra’s platform. This remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere, while interacting with customers worldwide. You will play a key role in ensuring high customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and offering product information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide live chat support to Myntra customers from around the world.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and refunds.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, cancellations, and refunds accurately.
- Offer detailed product information and suggest alternatives when needed.
