Job Summary

Wipro is hiring customer-focused individuals for the role of Call Center Executive to work remotely. In this role, you will handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service through phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer issues, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up for closure.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
  • Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Technical: Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or call center is a plus.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in customer support or handling international clients is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with rotational shifts (Day/Night) based on business requirements.
  • 5–6 working days per week with weekly offs as per company policy.
