About the Role

We are seeking a talented WordPress and WooCommerce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and customizing WordPress websites, WooCommerce stores, and related plugins. You will be responsible for implementing new features, optimizing website performance, and ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins according to client requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance WooCommerce stores, ensuring functionality and integration with third-party tools.
  • Design and implement new website features and improvements.
  • Collaborate with designers and UX teams to deliver responsive and accessible interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress and WooCommerce.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services as required.
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance.
  • Stay updated with emerging web technologies, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress & WooCommerce development.
  • Knowledge of web standards, SEO best practices, and accessibility.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Familiarity with Git/version control and deployment workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with other e-commerce platforms like Laravel or Shopify.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design techniques.
  • Understanding of server configuration, hosting, and deployment.
  • Proven record of delivering high-quality work on time.

Education & Experience

  • Graduation in Computers – Full-time B.E/B.Tech or MCA (No part-time or distance programs).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in WordPress and WooCommerce development.
