Job Description

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site – C-606, PNTC, Times Of India Press Rd, Prahladnagar)
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: ₹10,000/month
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM IST (Weekends off)
Post-Internship Opportunity: PPO with ₹18,000–25,000/month (Performance-based)

Role Overview

As a WordPress & Webflow Developer Intern, you will work on live production websites, building, customizing, and optimizing WordPress and Webflow projects. You will gain hands-on experience with themes, plugins, page builders, Figma-to-Webflow conversion, website optimization, and SEO fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

WordPress Development:

  • Build and customize WordPress websites using themes and page builders
  • Work with Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar builders
  • Customize themes, plugins, layouts, and site functionality
  • Manage WordPress backend, content structure, and site settings
  • Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and basic SEO

Webflow Development:

  • Design and develop websites and landing pages using Webflow CMS
  • Convert Figma/design files into responsive Webflow layouts
  • Manage Webflow CMS collections and dynamic content
  • Ensure pixel-perfect design and cross-device compatibility

Website Optimization & Maintenance:

  • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, fast, and secure
  • Perform regular updates, backups, and basic troubleshooting
  • Fix UI/UX bugs and layout issues
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams

Learning & Growth:

  • Follow coding standards and development best practices
  • Learn website performance optimization, conversion-focused layouts, and SEO fundamentals
  • Implement feedback from senior developers and improve delivery speed and quality

Qualifications & Skills

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of WordPress
  • Basic working knowledge of Webflow
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure
  • Ability to create responsive layouts
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and page builders
  • Awareness of website speed optimization and SEO basics
  • Prior internships or personal projects are a plus
  • Willingness to learn and accept a performance-based PPO
