Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are seeking a skilled and creative WordPress Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality websites tailored to client requirements, ensuring visually appealing designs with user-friendly functionality and seamless navigation.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Website Development

  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code using best development practices
  • Develop website layouts and user interfaces using:
    • HTML
    • CSS
    • JavaScript
    • PHP
    • WordPress
    • Laravel
    • React
  • Build responsive, mobile-friendly websites optimized for multiple devices and browsers
  • Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins

2️⃣ Maintenance & Enhancement

  • Maintain, expand, and scale existing websites
  • Perform regular updates and enhancements
  • Implement and manage CMS functionality
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

3️⃣ Testing & Troubleshooting

  • Conduct website testing for performance, usability, and speed
  • Identify and resolve bugs and technical issues
  • Perform ongoing quality checks and error corrections

4️⃣ Collaboration & Client Interaction

  • Work closely with team members and stakeholders
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Collect and refine specifications based on business needs

5️⃣ Documentation & Database Management

  • Create and maintain software documentation
  • Manage databases supporting website functionality

💻 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in web development
  • Strong expertise in:
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • PHP
    • WordPress
    • Laravel
    • React
  • Experience with theme-based development on platforms such as:
    • WordPress
    • Shopify
    • Wix
    • Squarespace
    • WooCommerce
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Web application architecture
    • Security and session management
    • SEO best practices
    • Object-Oriented Programming
    • Relational databases
  • Familiarity with analytics and network diagnostic tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies

🎓 Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (Preferred)
