Roles & Responsibilities

WordPress Development

• Assist in developing WordPress websites using custom themes and plugins.
• Work with senior developers to integrate front-end and back-end components.
• Implement WordPress core functionalities following best practices.

Collaboration & Planning

• Participate in website planning and brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Follow project requirements and technical guidance from senior team members.

Maintenance & Optimization

• Assist in maintaining and optimizing existing WordPress websites.
• Apply performance optimization techniques to improve speed and usability.
• Support website migration and deployment activities.

Testing & Debugging

• Conduct testing to identify and resolve website issues.
• Debug front-end and back-end problems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams.

Continuous Learning

• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.
• Improve development skills through ongoing learning and collaboration.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of WordPress ecosystem (themes, plugins, core functionality).
• Proficiency in:
