🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a WordPress Back-end Developer with strong expertise in plugin development, customizations, and WooCommerce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating custom themes and plugins, and a deep understanding of WordPress core concepts to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with designers, content creators, and clients to implement feature-rich websites and ensure a seamless user experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop custom WordPress code from scratch based on design mockups and project specifications.
  • Focus on plugin development, customization, and WooCommerce integration.
  • Create and modify custom post types, custom fields, and taxonomies to organize and display content effectively.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to implement website designs.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing WordPress websites, plugins, and themes.
  • Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and best practices, implementing them into projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients as needed.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in WordPress development with a strong portfolio showcasing custom themes and plugins.
  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Expertise in WordPress hooks, filters, and APIs.
  • Solid understanding of WordPress core concepts (custom post types, taxonomies, custom fields).
  • Experience with popular plugins: WooCommerce, Gutenberg, ACF, WPML.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
