WordPress and PHP Developer

Job Description

Role Overview:
You will be a full-time WordPress and PHP Developer based in Ahmedabad, responsible for back-end web development, programming, and software development. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and maintaining WordPress websites, creating custom plugins and themes, implementing new features, and collaborating with design and marketing teams for front-end integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, maintain, and enhance custom WordPress websites and plugins
– Build backend systems using PHP frameworks like Laravel and CodeIgniter
– Collaborate with designers and marketers to ensure responsive, SEO-optimized websites
– Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
– Optimize websites for speed, performance, and technical SEO compliance
– Troubleshoot issues, write clean and scalable code, and maintain proper documentation

Qualifications:
– 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in web development
– Strong proficiency in WordPress, including custom themes and plugins
– Experience with PHP, especially in Laravel or CodeIgniter
– Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
– Familiarity with Responsive Design, Git, and clean coding practices
– Basic understanding of SEO, page speed, and digital marketing principles
