Job Description

We are looking for a skilled WooCommerce Developer who can build, customize, and scale high-performing eCommerce stores using WordPress and WooCommerce. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and QA teams to deliver secure, fast, and conversion-focused online stores for global clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and customize WooCommerce-based eCommerce websites
• Customize checkout flows, cart behavior, and payment integrations
• Integrate third-party APIs (payment gateways, shipping, CRM, ERP)
• Optimize site performance, security, and scalability
• Fix bugs, improve existing code, and refactor legacy WooCommerce setups
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility
• Follow WordPress coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and Project Managers
• Provide technical support and maintenance post-deployment

Must Have
• Strong experience with WordPress & WooCommerce
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience building custom WooCommerce plugins & themes
• Strong understanding of WooCommerce hooks, filters, and templates
• Experience with payment gateways.
• Knowledge of REST APIs & third-party integrations
• Familiarity with Git/version control
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have
• Experience with Headless WooCommerce
• Knowledge of performance tools (Redis, WP Rocket, CDN)
• Experience with multilingual & multi-currency stores
• Exposure to WooCommerce Subscriptions, Memberships
• Basic understanding of SEO & CRO best practices
