About the Role:

Shaddocck is looking for a talented WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. If you enjoy building fast, scalable, and responsive websites, and love turning designs into functional web experiences, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and optimize high-performance WordPress websites.
  • Convert Figma / Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive layouts.
  • Build custom themes, plugins, CPTs, and ACF-driven solutions.
  • Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services.
  • Ensure performance, SEO, security, and scalability best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and fellow developers.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in WordPress theme & plugin development.
  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, or similar builders.
  • Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and deployment workflows.

Nice to Have:

  • WooCommerce experience
  • React / Next.js knowledge
  • Core Web Vitals optimization
